One hour a day of fully focused work. No distractions. Just music and one task.

No phone.
No leaving the desk.
No multitasking.

The result?

My productivity went through the roof.

The Rule That Changed Everything

The setup is ridiculously simple:

  • Choose one important task in advance
  • Set a timer for 60 minutes
  • Remove all distractions:
    • No phone
    • No Slack, email, or notifications
    • No getting up unless necessary
  • Put on some music (instrumental or ambient works best for me)
  • Work only on that one task

That’s it.

No productivity hacks. No complicated systems. Just deep, intentional focus.
