Work for clients, products I run, and things I build for myself

Every project here started with a real workflow problem: people copying data by hand, a warehouse run from Excel, an inbox nobody could keep up with. Here is what I built and what changed.

Agency work

Systems, automations and websites delivered under Whole Being Labs for companies across Czechia and Slovakia. Clients are anonymised here; several of them speak for themselves in the reviews.

Warehouse & production management system

Problem: A cold-storage warehouse and production line run from spreadsheets: receiving, dispatch, cleaning, training and production costs lived in different places, and nobody knew the real cost per hour.
Solution: A custom web app with modules for receiving, dispatch, cleaning, training, staff roles, production and production economics, plus PDF exports — connected to the on-site server through a secure tunnel.
Result: Used daily on the floor. The client came back for a second phase: a customer-facing extension of the same system.

AI automations for keyword research and content

Problem: Keyword research and UGC scenario writing took hours per client and blocked the team from higher-value work.
Solution: AI-driven automations that produce the research and the first drafts; the team only reviews and refines. Each workflow delivered and invoiced separately.
Result: Hours saved per client, often beyond the brief — with video walkthroughs so the team owns the workflows.

Sourcing agents for public tenders

Problem: Finding suppliers and matching items for public tenders meant days of Googling and phone calls for every bid.
Solution: A suite of n8n agents: one watches tenders, one sources suppliers worldwide on demand, one monitors the market — all writing ranked results into the company’s tools.
Result: The buyer decides instead of searching. Sourcing that took days now takes a request.

Customer portal for agency clients

Problem: Project updates, documents, videos and change requests were scattered across e-mail threads; clients kept asking where things stood.
Solution: An invite-only portal where each client sees their projects, docs and embedded walkthrough videos, files bug reports and requests, and gets notified through n8n — with row-level security so clients only ever see their own data.
Result: One place for every client conversation, and a support flow the agency team can actually keep up with.

Skladion — warehouse system

Problem: Stock of lumber and timber, orders and stock movements were handled across paper, spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Solution: A lightweight warehouse management system built around the real workflow: stock control, receiving and dispatch, inventory checks and reports, used by the people on the floor.
Result: A more structured warehouse — and a system that grew into the Skladion product, now offered to other businesses.

Website built to be found

Problem: An outdated site that was slow, hard to update and did not reflect the business.
Solution: A fast, modern website built to be found, with a clear structure and quick turnaround on changes.
Result: “Professional approach, reliability and speed that truly makes a difference.”
