Working languages: English and Czech
I work from Czechia for clients across Europe and further out. Everything runs in English — calls, documentation and handover — or in Czech if that suits you better. Time zone is CET, which overlaps a normal working day almost everywhere in Europe and the morning in the US.
FAQ
- Why n8n rather than Zapier or Make?
- n8n can run on your own infrastructure, so customer data never leaves the building, which is usually the deciding factor for anything privacy-sensitive. It also does not price per executed action. If Make or Zapier is cheaper for your case, I will say so.
- What does an automation cost?
- A single clearly scoped process is usually one to two weeks of work. What drives it is not the number of steps but how many systems have to take part and how clean their interfaces are. You get a fixed price after a short call.
- Can it run on our own server?
- Yes. n8n can run in your infrastructure, at a local host, or on a server I set up for you. Either way the credentials stay with you.
- What happens if a workflow goes down?
- Everything I build logs its errors and raises an alert when something hangs. A silent failure is worse than a loud one, because it only surfaces once weeks of data are missing.
